- Off-season pacing vs actuals: 2022 and 2021 data for mid-August through mid-November suggests that while advance booking vs actual booking data during summer months indicate advance planning, off-season travelers are much more likely to make decisions 'in-the-moment', requiring 'just-in-time' marketing strategies for destinations.
- Growth in volume, but the rate of growth appears to be declining: The short-term rental market continues to grow year-over-year, but the growth rate seems to be declining.
