Thank you for celebrating the holidays with us!

Thank you for joining us yesterday for the 2025 NYSTIA Member Meeting & Virtual Holiday Party! We had so much fun catching up with you for our end-of-year recap. Thank you to the NYSTIA Board Chair Greg LaDuca for delivering the opening remarks, Ross Levi for once again providing thoughtful remarks on the holidays and the industry, Travel Alliance Partnership for hosting the virtual mixer, and to Finger Lakes Visitors Connection, Warren County and Visit Rochester for providing the fantastic door prizes!

We also would like to thank Jennifer Ackerson for speaking on the 2025 Destinations of New York State Scholarship Fund, and Phil Giltner for his insights on planning for the 250th Commemoration. There are a lot of exciting things coming in the next year!

We opened up the holiday party by announcing the winner of the "First in the Room" participant, Nancy McGrath, who won the gift basket provided by Visit Rochester. We also chose attendees at random, and Hayley Coriaty was then the lucky attendee to win a mix of wines from McGregor Vineyard, and Harvey Bozeman was also chosen at random to win the New York State Shaped Serving and Cutting Board. Congratulations! After the two breakout sessions, we announced the winners of the "Best Holiday Sweater/Outfit" and "Best Holiday Background". Cass Harrington's festive outfit made an impact on the judges, and she received the fantastic Visit FLX Charcuterie Christmas Basket! Kaytlynn Lynch's candy-cane background stood out from the rest, and she was chosen to receive the Oscar's Steakhouse gift basket provided by Warren County. Congratulations to the winners!
