    • It is always content & consideration. For example, putting in the effort to translate marketing materials to different demographics and curating campaigns to appeal to a variety of age groups, interests, lifestyles, etc. will really go a long way.
    • Visitors should see themselves at your destination.
  • Endorsement Builds Trust:
    • Build authenticity with locals and influencers; and get creative! Local ambassadors and local personas can showcase your destination in a way that is relatable and fun. 
  • Swipe Right on Trends:
    • You don't have to hop on every bandwagon, but trends keep you current and connect with more people. 
  • Be Yourself!
