The New York State Tourism Industry Association (NYSTIA) will hold its 6th Annual Tourism Excellence Awards on September 27th at the Holiday Inn in Auburn, NY. The judging process involved quantitative online scoring from a diverse panel of judges from the tourism profession. Awardees were selected based on specific category criteria, including demonstrated commitment, leadership, and accomplishment in travel and tourism. A specially commissioned painting by noted New York artist Cindy Harris will be featured in the physical awards presented this year. The winning individuals or organizations will be announced at the awards brunch.
