Creative ideas, strategic thinking and HARD WORK were all clearly illustrated Thursday, August 20, as four New York State tourism executives provided a fascinating look at their respective destinations' reopening efforts and initiatives.
Yesterday, U.S. Travel's 'Assessing Recovery' webinar series addressed 'Travel Bubbles: How Effective Are They?' Hosted by U.S. Travel's Angie Briggs with a research overview from Destination Analysts' Erin Francis- Cummings, the webinar featured Destination Niagara USA's Julie Gilbert; Corning Museum of Glass' Beth Duane; Discover Long Island's Kristen Jarnagin and NYC & Company's Nancy Mammana. I doubt that any other state in the country could have fielded a more compelling panel or diverse array of destinations and challenges. I heartily recommend that if you weren't watching the webinar live, you use the links in the Webinar Recap featured below to watch the full webinar and download their materials.
