From October 26 to 28, the NYSTIA travel show booth was featured at the ITS2023 (New York International Travel Show) at the Javits Center in New York City. NYSTIA's booth anchored a New York State pavilion at the event, featuring ten different organizations from across the state. We were located right next to the meeting rooms and saw traffic from attendees going to the meetings wanting to learn more about New York State.
We were one of over 150 international travel exhibitors at this unique event, consisting of a meeting & event planners day, a travel & tourism professionals day, and a consumer day. The first two days were reserved for appointments with tourism / travel trade professionals, and Thursday also featured a New York State Marketplace, curated by Alon Marketing, that experienced great participation from the travel trade community.
The final day of the event was a consumer show, where we saw steady traffic throughout the day. Attendees wanted to learn about the attractions New York State has to offer across the entire state.
