Rebecca Griffin is an Associate Professor and Hospitality Program Department Chair at Monroe Community College. Her responsibilities are to oversee the Hospitality program and the Culinary Arts program with concentrations in hotels, restaurants, events and tourism as well as teaching courses in Hospitality and Culinary.

Rebecca enjoys cooking, outdoor activities, and program development.
She is an active member with Visit Rochester, IDEA Committee member, and member of the Board of Managers with the Rochester Commissary Kitchen.
