New Member Introduction: Kenneth Theroux from AAA Northeast

Ken Theroux is the Strategic Partnerships Manager for AAA Northeast. his role focuses on connecting destinations' partners with co-op marketing opportunities which include providing training for their advisors as well as executing tactics for consumer facing campaigns to their membership base. AAA's relationship with NYSTIA began with NYSTIA's successful participation in AAA's Winter Travel Marketplace, hosted at Gillette Stadium.

Ken joined AAA in 2023, attracted by the organizational reputation, his passion for travel, and experience working with partner organizations. Previously, He spent more than 13 years with a telecom provider managing relationships for outsource call centers throughout the world. He finds it rewarding to meet the needs of partners and collaborate for mutual success.

Ken lives in Cumberland, RI with his wife of over 18 years, our 11 year-old daughter, and their beloved 13 year-old dog. When I am not connecting destination partners with opportunities to build and promote their brand, He enjoys coaching my daughter’s youth softball team, watching her perform Irish step dancing, and experiencing great food together as a family. As a lifelong Rhode Islander, he is a fan of all 4 major Boston area sports teams, which he hopes is not held against him by their New York partners.
