New Member Introduction: Allison Barnette from Weekender Hospitality

Allison Barnette is the Corporate Director of Operations for Weekender Hospitality. Based in Upstate New York, Weekender Hospitality is a boutique hospitality company specializing in thoughtfully designed hotels that blend comfort with a spirit of adventure. Focused on creating memorable experiences, Weekender caters to travelers seeking unique getaways rooted in exploration, nature, and local charm.

As the Corporate Director of Operations, Allison provides strategic leadership and support to their portfolio of nine hotel properties, including seven located in New York. Her responsibilities include defining and upholding brand standards, optimizing profitability, and fostering a strong, consistent company culture across all locations.

Being relatively new to the region, this will be her first experience with NYSTIA and she's looking forward to building some great new relationships and taking advantage of all the resources and education that NYSTIA offers!

Allison lives in Saratoga Springs with her husband, nine-year-old daughter, and their two dogs. She loves the unique blend of convenience, rich history, and vibrant culture the city offers, all while being just moments away from some of the country’s most stunning natural attractions and outdoor adventures—it truly is the best of both worlds! In their free time, they enjoy hiking, camping in nearby parks, and discovering new corners of the region.
