Merchantry Tourism, LLC co-hosting tourism info center at the Great New York State Fair

Pittsford, New York – June 19, 2023 – For the third straight year, Merchantry Tourism, LLC, operator of Anderson’s Brochure Distribution Service, is co-hosting the Tourism Info Center at The Great New York State Fair set for August 23 – September 4, 2023. Merchantry’s partner is Brand Connect Innovations, LLC, a literature distribution service based in Akron, NY. 

The Tourism Info Center distributes literature provided by destinations from all across the US and beyond and is located in a high traffic building at the fair, which attracts roughly 1 million visitors each year. 

According to Suzanne Hopkins, Merchantry Tourism’s Vice President of Client Services & Marketing, entities in the outdoor hospitality industry and tourism industry should get involved. “Who should be on display? Destination marketing organizations, chambers of commerce, attractions, major events, museums, lodging, campgrounds, pretty much anyone seeking to attract tourists and their dollars.” 

Racking rates start at just $250 for rack cards and brochures, and $395 for oversize brochures and magazines. Consortiums may consider reserving a whole kiosk for them and their partners, specially branded with their messaging.
