Travelers are increasingly seeking a unique, authentic travel experience. As destinations strive to be more data-driven and focused on destination development efforts, measuring and tracking the visitor experience is increasingly important. Destinations International’s 2023 Future Trends Study, in partnership with MMGY, lists Visitor Experience as the #2 Strategy, Trend and Future KPI for DMOs worldwide.
