Claire Dunlap and Colleen Onuffer to Speak in Saratoga Springs at the 2024 NYSTIA Annual Meeting

About the Presenters:
Claire Dunlap's firm commitment to increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the tourism industry led her to pursue recognition as a Certified Diversity Tourism Professional—which she received last year. In the time since, she has been instrumental in developing and improving DEI initiatives in her office. Furthermore, in 2023 she was honored by the New York State Tourism Industry Association, receiving a New York State Tourism Excellence Award for Excellence in Young Professional Leadership.
Since Collen Onuffer's start at Travel Alliance Partnership (formerly Break the Ice Media) in 2016, she has been using her passion for writing and story-telling to help her travel and tourism clients find their essential stories and develop targeted messages. As Director of Public Relations, she has demonstrated successes in PR strategy, proactive media relations, travel public relations and content development. Colleen is currently serving as president of the Public Relations Society of America, Rochester chapter.
