RENEW/SIGN-UP TODAY: 2025 Partners Program & Agreement

Each year since inception in 2021, NYSTIA's 'Partners Community' has grown and the program has become more robust. Innovations have included designating Partners as general session table hosts, adding appointment sessions, introducing virtual programming between events, and integrating increased Partner visibility in higher traffic locations.
Here are a few highlights:

  • Events/Attendance: Each of our events over the past two years has booked new highs in registered attendees and very rewarding member satisfaction scores.
    • We will present the New York State Tourism Conference at the Hotel Canandaigua, Canandaigua, NY  April 23-25, focusing on strategic programming (trends, forecasts, research, updates, new technology).
    • We will host our fall event, the New York State Tourism Excellence Summit, at the Fort William Henry Hotel and Conference Center in Lake George, NY September 10-12, with a program focused on examples of tactical applications and featuring case histories in success/excellence from the tourism industry. We will continue to feature the New York State Tourism Excellence Awards at this event.
  • One-On-One Sessions: At the 2024 New York State Tourism Conference in Niagara Falls, the Partners' appointment sessions grew to 320 time slots (vs 248 in 2023), and 73.1% were booked in advance (vs 64.9% in 2023) by our destination and attraction members! These 'get acquainted' networking sessions are valued by everyone and have become a focal point of NYSTIA events.
  • Weekly Webinars: In 2024, we instituted a successful weekly webinar series with sixteen (16) installments between January and May. We look forward to our fall series, scheduled to run from September through December. Thank you to all who have participated.

In 2025, we will introduce a new feature that will more directly connect destinations with the Partners/solution providers who are best suited to meet their needs and contribute to their success. We will be adding an RFP Portal to the NYSTIA website. Using key words provided by our Partners and RFP parameters provided by member destinations, we will direct relevant RFPs to the Partners and provide a list of relevant Partners/solution providers to the destinations submitting the RFP. We have discussed this with many of our Partners and all agree that this feature has the potential to provide significant additional value.

The Partnership program has not had a price adjustment increase. The cost of our events and operations have undergone significant inflationary increases. We strive to increase the value we offer our Partners, but can only do so if we meet our financial needs. Initial feedback has been very reassuring that the new rate (see form below) is still considered very affordable.

Use the contract form provided below to register for NYSTIA's Partner Community for 2025!
