Join us for our fourth annual New York State Travel Trade Marketplace & Networking Reception, an interactive sales opportunity to showcase your destination or tourism business and share your pitch with key domestic and international inbound travel trade buyers. This year, the New York State Travel Trade Marketplace & Networking Reception will be hosted at the New Yorker Hotel. The Marketplace will feature an open forum format, creating a dynamic environment to engage with International Receptive Operators, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and Domestic Motorcoach Tour Operators to promote your tourism products, building relationships that lead to direct B2B sales and ROI.

Following the Marketplace, we will move into a networking reception offering added time and additional opportunities to multiply your networking efforts and discover even more potential collaborations with industry peers and partners.

  • Marketplace forum where buyers will be given time to visit all destinations/suppliers
  • Closing & raffle

5:30 - 7:00 pm Reception:

  • Networking reception to continue the conversation and strengthen relationships

What is Included:

  • Orientation meeting via zoom prior to event
  • Alon Marketplace attendance for 1 representative per company
  • Networking Reception following the Marketplace for continued business relationship opportunities
  • Supplier contact sheet with QR code linking to all of your provided digital sales materials that is given to all buyers attending the NYS Marketplace.
  • Follow up spreadsheet with all buyer contacts from Marketplace shared following the program.
  • Alon to administer an initial thank you email to all invited buyer guests to kick off follow-up
