Saratoga 250th History FAM Tour

Bus Departs at 2 PM

  • Our tour begins at the Saratoga National Historical Park! In Stillwater, on the pastoral banks above the Hudson River, two hotly contested Revolutionary War battles culminated in an American victory recognized as one of the most important in world history. During your tour, you'll meet Ranger Garrett for a brief chat, and the Nelson House will be open for visitors.
  • Our next stop is the Champlain Canal Region Gateway Visitor Center: your gateway to discovering the rich history, stunning natural beauty, and thriving culture of the Champlain Canal region.
  • Our tour will conclude at the General Philip Schuyler House, the northern plantation and country home of General Philip Schuyler, which serves as a tangible reminder of Saratoga’s founding family, now known as Schuylerville.

Saratoga "Spa City" & Culture FAM Tour

Bus Departs at 2 PM

  • We start our tour at the Saratoga Spa State Park, home to the renowned Gideon Putnam Hotel. Nestled within the park's picturesque landscape, the Gideon Putnam has been a symbol of elegance and relaxation since 1935. Enjoy a guided mineral water tour around the famous geyser area, led by Alli Schweizer.
  • Immerse yourself in the architectural beauty of the Art Deco Roosevelt Campus with a tour led by historian Linda Harvey. This journey begins and ends at the iconic Hall of Springs, where you'll marvel at the grand design and learn about the significance of these historic structures that stand as a testament to the area's rich cultural heritage.
  • Next, we'll visit the Saratoga Automobile Museum, where museum staff will lead a tour of the Ferrari Exhibit.
  • We'll then explore the rich arts and culture scene at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) campus, with SPAC staff offering a behind-the-scenes tour, including the Pines art exhibit and a compelling overview of all things orchestra, ballet, Live Nation events, dance, and culinary arts.
