We're thrilled to announce, that after consulting with the NYSTIA Events Committee and Tourism Excellence Awards Committee, the 2024 NYS Tourism Excellence Awards Ceremony & Reception will be held at the iconic and beautiful Canfield Casino, nestled in the heart of Congress Park! 

The Canfield Casino is one of Saratoga Springs' most talked about and recognizable landmarks. The Casino, originally dubbed the Saratoga Club House, was built by John Morrissey in 1870 as part of Congress Hall, which was a large resort hotel that contributed to giving Saratoga Springs its fame as the Spa City. The Casino has had a long and prominent history in the city, with illegal gambling, and rumors of paranormal activity, and most recently it has become one of the best wedding venues in Saratoga.

Just a short, 5-minute scenic walk from our host hotel, the Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs, the Canfield Casino is perfectly situated in downtown Saratoga Springs. This prime location offers you the opportunity to explore the incredible dining experiences the city has to offer while you celebrate the Awards with your tourism friends and colleagues!
