The Tourism Excellence Awards Committee organizes and executes the NYS Tourism Excellence Awards; the premier recognition program for New York State's tourism industry.
The New York State Tourism Excellence Awards are open to all New York State tourism marketers and are juried by an impartial panel of industry experts under the auspices of the New York State Tourism Industry Association. Nominees span every corner of New York State.
The Tourism Excellence Awards Committee meets virtually on the second Tuesday of every month to discuss awards categories, solve problems, organize judging groups, design the awards, write press releases, and plan the fall Tourism Excellence Awards ceremony at the NYSTIA Annual Meeting.
